Sweet Heart Campaign
|
Place: Blood Bank between 14 – 16/4/2008 under the patronage of his highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
Goals: Moving the awareness of social and humanitarian aspect of the community and push people to donate blood to increase the strategic stocks and providing a base of blood donors.
Achievement: The campaign has achieved its objectives through increasing the rate of voluntary blood donation monthly donor from 1,445 donors, to exceed 18,651 donors per month, which raises the outcome of the blood bank ten-times from 1.5% to 10.5%
