Al-Dhow for Environmental Projects was established as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company on 2006, in accordance with the provisions of the Kuwaiti commercial companies Law No. 15 of 1960. The company's paid up capital is currently 20,000,000 Kuwaiti Dinar.
